Q & A

How long does it take to install a stairlift?

A simple installation can take less than one day.

What are the power requirements?

The stairlift connects with standard 110 Volt power outlets.

What happens when you lose power?

Depending on the length of the staircase, the stairlift will continue to work for 10 – 20 return journeys. The stair chair lift will notify you if it can't charge, or to remind you to turn it off, temporarily.
